Timothy C. Sanders is a partner of Alexander & Vann, LLP. He focuses in the areas of estate planning and taxation, including the drafting of wills, trusts, and more complex estate planning techniques, and planning business succession strategies and estate administration.

Tim has considerable experience representing and advising closely held businesses in mergers and acquisitions and other areas of business law, including business entity formation.

He also is experienced in the formation of non-profit entities and their applications to the IRS for tax-exempt status.

Tim earned a B.A. in English from Mercer University in 1997 and a J.D. from the Walter F. George School of Law, Mercer University, in 2003.

Tim currently serves on the board of trustees of the Thomasville Cultural Center, Inc.; the Pebble Hill Foundation, Inc; the Thomasville YMCA; the Alumni Association Board of Directors, Walter F. George School of Law; and the Award Committee for the Class of 2003 Walter F. George Scholarship Fund. He was previously a deacon at First Presbyterian Church and served on the Board of Trustees of Thomasville Center for the Arts. Tim enjoys spending time with his family, hunting, fishing, and reading.
