William C. Sanders
Will Sanders began his legal career with the Atlanta, Georgia, firm of Swift, Currie, McGhee & Hiers. After relocating to Thomasville, Georgia, Will litigated various types of actions for diverse clients, including municipalities and counties across southwest Georgia, in over 100 jury trials. Will has served as City Attorney for the City of Thomasville, Georgia, since 1981. Will enjoys an AV rating from Martindale-Hubbell.
From 2011 to date, Will Sanders has limited his practice to mediation and has mediated more than a thousand cases throughout southwest Georgia and in such locations as Macon, Columbus, and Brunswick. Will has been consistently recognized as a Georgia Super Lawyer in the field of ADR and has been listed as one of Georgia’s Legal Elite in Georgia Trend Magazine.
Will Sanders received his undergraduate degree at Mercer University in Macon, Georgia. After serving five years as a U.S. Army officer, including service in the Republic of Vietnam, Will attended, and graduated with honors from, the Walter F. George School of Law at Mercer University.
